"Decent Cases, But Patience Required"
I've shopped with Lovecases in the past and can confirm the cases are solid, but if you’re hoping to get a Christmas phone case, don’t count on it arriving in time for the holiday this year. It’s been 12 days, and according to Evri tracking, they’re still on the hunt for my parcel, even though I received an email a few days back saying my phone case was on its way. I didn’t expect it to arrive the next day, but honestly, I’m starting to get a little tired of waiting!

"Encountered a few hiccups with my order..."
I ran into some trouble when I didn’t get a confirmation email letting me know my order was on its way. I reached out to lovecases, and they got back to me super fast, providing details about where my order was in just a few minutes. The cases are nice quality, but I've only had them for a couple of days, and part of the design has already started to peel off. It’s not too obvious, but I would’ve given it a full 5 stars if that hadn’t happened.

I absolutely adore this company's cases and gifts! I've ordered a bunch of phone cases from them and was so impressed that I even got a second one for my new phone in the same style! Today, I received my order, but one of the keyrings I got was damaged. I reached out to the team through email, and within an hour, someone replied with a huge apology. They sent out a replacement that was personally packaged and also gave me a refund! Their customer service is top-notch! Highly recommend it xx

"Spooky 👻 case"
I got myself a spooky case for my Flip 4, and let me tell ya, it’s fantastic! The design is super adorable, and the price is the best deal I’ve come across for a cover like this. "Placed an order for a case at the start of..."
I placed an order for a case at the start of September, and it still hasn’t shown up. I’ve shot off email after email, but all I get back is an apology about being a small business with a ton of orders. Lately, they’ve been saying it’s been shipped, but here we are in mid-October, and I’ve just thrown in the towel on it arriving! Based on what I’ve gone through, I’d recommend steering clear of this place!

"Incredible phone cases"
These cases are just fantastic! I switch them out for every season and pull them back out the following year! I'm planning to upgrade my phone soon and will surely be grabbing cases from LoveCases again!
